Working with a dedicated and experienced team, you will collaborate closely with bid and project managers to ensure work aligns with project specifications.

As Electrical Solution Expert Engineer, you will be responsible for the engineering design of Siemens Energy projects, providing our customers with sophisticated and efficient technological solutions and services.

How You’ll Make an Impact

1. Design and engineer electrical projects in detail to meet customer requirements.
2. Define products, components, and systems to be used, including their specifications.
3. Configure solutions based on project requirements.
4. Develop detailed integrated solutions ensuring proper interface of individual elements as a functioning unit.
5. Complete the developed solutions with the required functionality.
6. Create basic and detailed designs and project documentation (Single Line Diagrams, Layouts, calculations, Wiring diagrams, Parts List).
7. Support and coordinate project activities such as procurement, manufacturing, FAT, logistics, installation, and commissioning.
8. Identify risks and opportunities, managing them accordingly.
9. Collaborate with the Technical and Project teams.
10. Provide electrical project support throughout different development phases.

What You Bring

• Degree or Master in Electrical Engineering or similar.
• Minimum 7/8 years of proven experience in a similar role.
• Passion for energy development.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Availability for
  - term site activities.
• Good interpersonal skills and fluency in English.
• Team-oriented,
  - focused, and organized.
• Strong collaboration skills to achieve optimal solutions.
• Background in electrical design.
• Deep technical knowledge of electrical systems, Electrical Balance of Plant (EBo
  P), and related equipment.
• Preferred experience with communication protocols, network communications, and protections.
• Preferred knowledge of CAD, EPLAN (or similar), and electrical simulation tools like Simaris, PSS Sincal, ETAP.
• Good understanding of LV, MV, HV electrical standards, guidelines, and grid codes.
