This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Global Electrical Safety Specialist and enhance our company's safety culture. You will support, develop, and implement electrical safety programs aligned with our business strategies. Collaborate with key stakeholders, drive safety improvements, and influence safety culture across the organization. You will also mentor teams and analyze safety performance to identify trends and priorities.

Responsibilities include:

• Improving electrical safety performance and supporting HSE and operations teams.
• Supporting the delivery of safety programs aligned with strategic plans.
• Driving behavioral change to improve safety.
• Sharing best practices and acting as a role model for safety initiatives.
• Coaching and mentoring the HSE community on electrical safety.
• Influencing management and employees on safety
  - making.
• Analyzing safety data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• University degree in electrical engineering, industrial manufacturing/processes, or equivalent.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in HSE within a global organization.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations (e. g. , Legislation, OHSAS18001, ISO14001).
• Proven ability to influence senior management and work in a matrix environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently with remote and global teams.
