Your mission
- Planning of manual and
- automated manufacturing lines in a new production area according to electromagnetic discharge production norms; - Technical evaluation and qualification of power electronics and magnetic components according to R&D specifications and IEC standards;
- Evaluation, selection and coordination of EMS suppliers by a structured process in coordination with the procurement team;
- Ensuring quality and traceability during the PCBA assembly as well as in electronic production;
- Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes through continuous improvement initiatives and KPI tracking, based on production data;
- Analysis and systematic resolution of manufacturing issues, including initiating and tracking corrective actions;
- Technical support to define requirements for quality control and incoming inspection together with QM;
- Ensure compliance of the manufacturing lines with safety regulations and quality standards through proper documentation and regular system audits;
- Foster effective collaboration with
- functional teams, suppliers and management while participating and planning of technical reviews.
We are looking for someone with…
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electric Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent qualification;
- Proven experience in planning of assembly lines in electronic production and electromagnetic supplier management (min. 2 years of experience);
- Experience of the whole printed circuit board production process including SMD, THT placement and soldering. Additionally, knowledge about
- line tests such as
- circuit tests, functional tests and
- in tests is required; - Beneficial if
- on experience with pressfits in PCBAs or generally with servo electric presses; - Basic knowledge in using standards for electronic manufacturing such as IPC norms, IEC standards, ISO 9001 and Ro
HS/REACH; - Good English written and verbal skills are mandatory, Portuguese skills will be highly valued.
