Mission of the Role:

- Manage Quality Rejections internal or customer related

Key Objectives of this Role:

Customer focus

- Manage Quality Rejections internal or customer related

- Ensure manufacturing is fully engaged on solving quality issues with implemented containment and corrective actions in a timely manner

- Monitor and achieve quality rejections ageing KPIs

- Facilitate Problem Solving teams and provide support for Practical Problem solving.

Internal quality

- Ensure proper reporting of failure modes and process/production lines issue in relation of product quality

- Support other plant quality activities as required (Internal Quality Management Systems Audits)

- Ensures cosmetic requirements are clearly communicated to the manufacturing teams

Demonstrated skills and abilities as might be expected from this role :

- Preferred experience and knowledge in automotive electronics

- Strong Quality mindset

- Knowledge of Customer Specific Requirements (CSR)

- Fluent communication in English

- Advanced skills in using the Microsoft suite of applications

- Capable to work under stress condition
