We’re Hiring: Email Campaign Consultant
Do you want to work with world-class marketing platforms and be part of a dynamic Marketing Operations team? This opportunity is for you!

We are looking for an Email Campaign Consultant with solid experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or Adobe Campaign, who is passionate about digital campaigns, automation, and performance analysis.

Your Challenge

In this role, you will play a key part in the development and optimization of email campaigns and customer journeys, ensuring high impact, efficiency, and an excellent end-user experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Advise clients on how to get the most out of campaign platforms, aligning solutions with business needs

- Design, implement, and optimize Customer Journeys and audience segmentation strategies

- Develop, deploy, and manage omnichannel campaigns

- Monitor campaign performance and analytics, recommending continuous improvements

- Work closely with clients to gather feedback and ensure customer satisfaction

- Coordinate tasks and projects using tools such as Monday or Jira

- Use advanced web analytics to support development decisions and improve digital performance

- Develop and configure HTML emails, ensuring high quality and attention to detail

Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience in Email Campaign environments;
- Advanced experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Campaign (or Marketo);
- Strong knowledge of HTML for email development;
- High sense of responsibility, accuracy, and attention to detail

Nice to Have
- Previous experience with Marketo;
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills;
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset;

Position Details
- Work model: On-site
- Contract: Full-time (FTE), 12-month fixed-term contract
- Schedule: Monday to Friday | 08:00 – 17:00
