- impact email campaigns across newsletters, automation workflows, and lead nurturing funnels.

- quality output through collaboration with other team members.

We’re looking for an Email Copywriter & Strategist whose main goal is to drive engagement and conversion through strategic,
- driven email marketing campaigns. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering value to our audience and generating qualified leads through targeted email workflows.

  • Use automation, segmentation, and personalization to increase conversions

Design
Rush is seeking to make IMMEDIATE hires.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize weekly email newsletters and promotional sends, and manage the entire funnel
  • Build and manage lifecycle automation : onboarding, dormant reactivation, upsell/cross-sell
  • Lead segmentation strategies for agencies, brands, and different buyer profiles
  • Work with design/content to ensure compelling creative and UX
  • Analyze email revenue performance and deliver actionable recommendations
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email marketing regulations


REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years in email marketing, preferably in B2B or agency/marketplace environments
  • Proven success building email revenue funnels, ideally with upsell/retention mechanics
  • Experience in Active
    Campaign, Mailchimp, Hub
    Spot, Klaviyo, or Marketo
  • Fluent written/spoken English with strong copy instincts
  • Comfortable with HTML/CSS for minor adjustments
  • Available between 6:00 a. m. and 3:00 p. m. ET
  • Knowledge of AI tools and workflow automations
  • Experience with B2B email automations for e
    Commerce or marketplace products is a strong plus
