What you’ll do

• Execute and plan the entire business email marketing strategy;
• Create email chains from scratch for goals like sales, activation, and retention;
• Plan and develop various email marketing campaigns, timing, business logic, and content for different segments;
• Manage domain reputation, spam filters, unsubscribe processes, and negative feedback;
• Create content plans, mailing lists, campaign setups, and templates;
• Manage email delivery, integration, and automation with services like Mailchimp;
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance indicators;
• Engage with Replika through
  - on usage for feedback and insights.

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years in email marketing, preferably in B2C apps with subscriptions;
• CRM management experience, working with user databases;
• Technical skills with email platforms like Mailchimp;
• Experience with GA4, Amplitude, Tableau;
• Ability to analyze campaigns and user sources, and interpret dashboards;
• Experience in creating sales, activation, and retention campaigns;
• Managed CRM in multiple languages/markets/products;
• Interest or experience in AI-driven content personalization and automation;
• Ability to collaborate with a
  - oriented team;
• Motivated to innovate in a competitive market;
• Outcome-driven and
  - oriented attitude;
• Comfortable working in emerging niches.
