- commerce, and consumer businesses. We are hiring an Email Marketing Specialist — a sharp, creative thinker with a passion for storytelling, conversion, and customer retention. This role requires a high level of ownership, creative
- solving, and a strong grasp of lifecycle marketing strategy. You’ll partner closely with Retention Managers and designers to develop and deploy
- performing email and SMS campaigns for
- growing DTC brands. From ideation and copywriting to QA and reporting,
- 'll be
- on throughout the lifecycle, translating insights into messages that drive revenue, deepen loyalty, and elevate the customer experience. This is a fully remote role supporting a team in the EST time zone and is open to candidates based in Brazil, Portugal, and Spain.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with a Retention Marketing Manager to execute
  - driven email and SMS strategies for our DTC/e-commerce clients.
• On a daily basis, execute tasks for clients including writing, proofing, and scheduling email and SMS campaigns.
• Manage the revision and approval process of client emails and SMS messages.
• Develop creative campaign concepts on a monthly basis for your
  - 's retention marketing calendars.
• Collaborate with the
  - house design team to develop the design approach and ensure the design vision for campaigns and flows is brought to life, managing revisions and client approvals.
• Produce the copy for campaign concepts and gain client approval on briefs before sending to designers.
• Bring new retention marketing ideas to the team and clients.
• Execute automation/flow setup,
  - up builds, and app integrations.

Who You Are

• You-'re passionate about developing creative email and SMS marketing copy that drives loyalty and lifetime value for
  - commerce clients.
• You have experience working in Klaviyo or a similar ESP.
• You-'re enthusiastic about marketing and eager to grow in the DTC/e-commerce space.
• You are a creative and experienced writer looking to advance your marketing copywriting career.
• You adapt to a
  - paced environment and can manage multiple tasks for yourself, your team, and clients.
• You dedicate time to learning and staying on the cutting edge of DTC marketing trends and best practices.

• 2-4 years of work experience in digital marketing, copywriting, growth marketing,
  - commerce, etc.
• Past experience at an agency or with multiple clients in a
  - paced environment.
• Experience working with Klaviyo or similar email service providers.
• Enthusiastic, passionate, and creative; thrives on thinking outside of the box to create
  -
  - class customer experiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
