We’re looking for an
Email Marketing Specialist
whose main goal is to drive engagement and conversion through strategic,
- driven email marketing campaigns. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering value to our audience and generating qualified leads through targeted email workflows.
Goals:
Build and scale a
- generating newsletter and email automation funnel
Create upsell and
- sell flows tied to user intent and lifecycle stages
Use automation, segmentation, and personalization to increase conversions
Collaborate
- functionally to ensure email tone, brand, and goals align

Design
Rush is seeking to make IMMEDIATE hires.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan, execute, and optimize weekly email newsletters and promotional sends, and manage the entire funnel
Build and manage
lifecycle automation : onboarding, dormant reactivation, upsell/cross-sell
Lead segmentation strategies for agencies, brands, and different buyer profiles
Work with design/content to ensure compelling creative and UX
Analyze email revenue performance
and deliver actionable recommendations
Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email marketing regulations
REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years in email marketing, preferably in B2B or agency/marketplace environments
Proven success building email revenue funnels, ideally with upsell/retention mechanics
Experience in Active
Campaign, Mailchimp, Hub
Spot, Klaviyo, or Marketo
Fluent written/spoken English with strong copy instincts
Comfortable with HTML/CSS for minor adjustments
Available between 6:00 a. m. and 3:00 p. m. ET
Knowledge of AI tools and workflow automations
Experience with B2B email automations for e
Commerce or marketplace products is a strong plus
