At Eneida, you will be challenged daily. You’ll work in a supportive,

About the Challenge
As an embedded systems engineer, the challenge is to design, develop, and optimize reliable
- time software, collaborating with hardware teams to integrate and test complete systems. It requires strong technical skills, experience with microcontrollers and communication protocols, and the ability to debug and solve complex performance issues.
What you’ll do:
- Design, develop, and test embedded systems software for a range of applications.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to define system architecture and integration.
- Implement and debug
- time operating systems (RTOS) and device drivers. - Write and optimize firmware for microcontrollers, processors, and sensors.
- Analyze and troubleshoot system performance issues and ensure high reliability.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including specifications and code reviews.
- Conduct validation and verification testing to meet safety and performance standards.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies in embedded systems engineering.
What we’re Looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in C/C++ programming for embedded systems.
- Experience with microcontrollers (e. G. , STM32, PIC, ARM Cortex).
- Familiarity with communication protocols like UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, or Ethernet.
- Knowledge of RTOS concepts and
- time constraints. - Experience with debugging tools (e. G. , oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, JTAG).
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and hardware documentation.
- Strong
- solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken.
Nice to Have:
- Basic knowledge of SCRUM product development methodology.
- Embedded Web interfaces, embedded linux and Docker.
- Communication protocols:
Modbus/IP;
MQTT. - Embedded
Linux (Yocto). - Knowledge of the electric grid, and new actors such as PV inverters and EV chargers.
- Knowledge of Python or other scripting languages.
- Good understanding of the business:
Product management, Engineering, Sales and Customer Success.
