Duties & Responsibilities

Demonstrate solution design with a high level of technical skills, leveraging a consultative sales approach, vendor partnerships, and project management. Must have the ability to meet customers
-
- face to influence sales with strong presentation skills targeted at C-level executives.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities (Required):

1. Partner internally and externally to design and provide technology solutions.
2. Anticipate potential problems with solutions, act as a proactive resource to ensure accuracy, consistency, and excellence in design and support.
3. Own corrective actions and
   - ups to ensure timely resolutions.
4. Foster strong, mutually beneficial partnerships proactively.
5. Leverage technology, expertise, and understanding of reseller's business to facilitate growth.
6. Manage multiple projects and deliver to SLAs.
7. Maintain certifications and vendor knowledge through ongoing
   - education (approx. 5%-10%).
8. Exemplify team leadership by coaching and mentoring others.
9. Contribute to social media channels with authoritative, informative content for TD SYNNEX outlets.
10. Provide
    - form,
    - certification based
    - demand training to resellers regularly.
11. Participate in C-level briefings and presentations.
12. Additional duties as assigned. Maintain attendance and punctuality standards.
13. Configure and maintain Demonstration Labs.
14. Develop
    - level Proof of Concept (Po
    C) solutions.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, & Working Conditions:

1. HS/GED required; Technical or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2. Major certifications required (minimum 2-3), supporting assigned technology/vendor.
3. 5-7+ years of industry technical experience, including creating and delivering Statements of Work (So
   Ws) and Bills of Materials (Bo
   Ms); 5 years of consultative sales and implementation experience preferred.
4. Specific knowledge of
   - supplied tools relevant to the technology practice area.
5. Advanced understanding of ROI, Comparative Analysis, and Market Trends.
6. Ability to make
   -
   - fly decisions and support
   - site implementation of complex solutions, including design, proof of concept, staging, configuration, and deployment.
