EMEA Labor Relations & Compliance Specialist
A renewable energy company in Lisbon seeks an Employee & Labour Specialist to ensure compliance with labor laws across the EMEA region. This role includes advising on labor regulations, managing employee relations, and supporting HR policies. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Law or Human Resources and have 2-3 years of experience in labor relations, with strong knowledge of Spanish and Portuguese labor laws. Fluency in English and additional EMEA languages is advantageous.
