MISSION
As a member of the Payroll Department, you will play a crucial role in managing labor relations effectively, promoting a fair and transparent workplace that reflects the company's culture and values, while ensuring adherence to all applicable laws. You will assume a strategic and multifunctional position within the People & Culture team, also participating in contract management and the onboarding process, along with overseeing compensation and benefits.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drafting, reviewing, and managing employment contracts and their amendments;
- Coordinating and supervising the onboarding;
- Overseeing disciplinary procedures and contract terminations;
- Assisting in the development, review, and communication of the Compensation & Benefits policy, which includes insurance, incentives, and flexible benefits;
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders (legal, accounting, operations) and external entities (audits, inspections);
- Ensuring compliance with legal standards and promoting best labor practices;
- Creating and organizing technical documentation: reports, meeting minutes, and internal communications;
- Identifying areas for improvement in people and culture processes.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related discipline;
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in Employee Relations or HR Operations;
- In-depth knowledge of Portuguese labor laws;
- Experience (or a strong interest) in Compensation & Benefits and recognition practices;
- High degree of autonomy, attention to detail, and analytical abilities;
- Excellent communication skills across various organizational levels;
- Familiarity with SAP will be an advantage;
- Fluency in English.
