We’re supporting a
- growing global brand at the intersection of travel, lifestyle, and technology. They’ve built a reputation for innovation, adventure, and purpose, connecting people with experiences that give them freedom and flexibility in how they explore the world.
As they continue expanding across Europe, the Middle East, and beyond, we are now looking for an Employer Branding Senior Specialist to help shape how their story is told to potential hires across the EMEA region.
If you’re a creative storyteller who loves the challenge of building an employer brand that truly reflects a company’s culture and ambition, this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Employer Brand Strategy Act as the regional branding lead, aligning campaigns with global hiring priorities and helping the business attract and engage the best talent across multiple markets.
- Creative Content Creation Develop social media campaigns, videos, and recruitment marketing content that showcase the organisation’s people, culture, and mission. You’ll turn real stories into content that inspires.
- Design & Visual Storytelling Use tools like Canva, Power
Point, Figma, or Cap
Cut to create assets that feel authentic and human, reflecting the adventurous and innovative spirit of the brand. - Campaign Management Localise and roll out regional employer branding campaigns in collaboration with global marketing and talent teams.
- Collaboration & Influence Work closely with HR, TA, and Communications teams to ensure all activity aligns with both the global employer brand and regional needs.
- Measure & Improve Track and analyse campaign performance, provide insight, and continuously refine messaging to boost engagement and results.
What You’ll Bring
- 5 years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or creative communications
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills across social and digital channels
- Ability to design and deliver visually engaging content
- Proven project management skills, you can plan, execute, and deliver multiple projects with ease
- Experience collaborating with
- functional, global teams - Data-driven mindset and familiarity with campaign analytics
- A natural curiosity about travel, culture, and what motivates people to join a brand
