Job Description

Responsibilities include:

• Providing support to operations teams for various inquiries and clarifications
• Monitoring SLAs and analyzing team activities
• Following up on automatic alerts and resolving issues
• Managing
  - related alerts and incidents

Qualifications

• Minimum education: 12th grade
• Maximum education: Master's degree
• Professional training required: No
• Previous experience: Yes, at least 12 months in similar roles, preferably in banking

Additional Requirements

• Compliance with health and safety standards

Conditions

• Contract: Indefinite term, outsourcing regime
• Working hours: 08:30 - 18:00 with flexible hours
• Work regime: Full-time, presencial

Compensation

• Base salary: €805/month (gross)
