The Job

1. Prepare coffee breaks, carts, and stations with appropriate food and beverages as specified in the Banquet Event Order.
2. Set up tables, action stations, buffets, service carts, dessert tables, and cordial carts.
3. Communicate special meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and requests to the kitchen.
4. Ensure courses are cleared, tables are crumbed, and respond to special banquet arrangements.
5. Replenish buffet items to maintain presentation quality.
6. Monitor tableware for presentation standards.
7. Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of service areas.
8. Clear tables and handle tableware appropriately.

Follow all safety, security, and company policies. Report accidents and unsafe conditions. Maintain a professional appearance, confidentiality, and protect company assets. Greet guests warmly, anticipate needs, assist guests with disabilities, and express appreciation. Communicate clearly and support team goals. Adhere to quality standards. Perform physical tasks including lifting and moving objects up to 75 pounds with assistance, and navigate various surfaces and heights. Perform other duties as required.
