- end project delivery (scope, plan, risks, change, and adoption), with a special emphasis on implementing and governing Employee Central Position Management.
Core Success
Factors & HRIS
- Provide senior functional support across EC, LMS, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, and Recruiting integrations;
act as Tier-2/3 escalation. - Configure and maintain foundation objects, workflows, picklists, RBP;
design business rules/validations to protect data quality at source. - Prepare and execute data imports/migrations and lead UAT cycles;
define regressionpacksfor
- annual releases. - Ensure
- quality EC data across the employment lifecycle;
implement data quality KPIs and remediation playbooks. - Troubleshoot and monitor integrations (HR/Payroll/Finance);
manage i
CIMS touchpoints and contribute to interface design reviews. - Maintain secure access in line with GDPR and internal data privacy standards;
perform periodic access/audit - Deliver global training, job aids, release notes;
champion adoptionand continuous improvement. - Own workstream delivery: plan, track, and report scope, timeline, resources, budget assumptions, and risks;
maintain RAID andstatus dashboards. - Translate business needs into clear requirements and functional specs;
manage backlog and prioritization with Product Owner/HR leadership. - Orchestrate cutover, hypercare, and stabilization across regions/time zones;
define success KPIs andacceptance criteria. - Lead vendor management (SOWs, estimates, QA of deliverables) and coordinate with IT on CPI/Integration Center/OData items.
- Drive change management (stakeholder mapping, comms, training plans) to ensure measurable adoption and value realization.
- Use Jira/Confluence/Smartsheet or similar for delivery transparency and auditability.
Implementation Experience — Position Management (emphasis)
- Lead or
- lead EC Position Management design/rollout as the single source of truth for positions and headcount. - Configure position types, attribute inheritance (job/org/location), incumbency rules, matrix relationships, and create/change/close workflows.
- Establish
- controlled hiring and the Position → Requisition flow;
align with Recruiting/i
CIMS and Finance on approved vs. filled/open headcount. - Drive data migration (IDs, status, FTE, org mapping);
implement reconciliation to eliminate orphan/duplicate
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5–8 years in Success
Factors, including Employee Central and at least one of LMS, Onboarding, or Performance & Goals. - Proven

- end project delivery experience (workstream lead or equivalent): planning, RAID, UAT, cutover, hypercare, stakeholder comms. - Strong understanding of HR data structures, workflows, and process design;
- on configuration and data import/migration - Proficiency in Excel (lookups, pivots), Power
Point;
collaboration in MS Teams and delivery tools (Jira/Confluence/Smartsheet or similar). - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including
- ready updates;
ability to lead across global time zones. - Fluent English;
German is a plus. - Working knowledge of GDPR and HR data privacy best practices.
Preferred / Strong Plus
- Hands-on implementation or enhancement of EC Position Management (design, migration, governance, KPIs).
- Proven delivery of Report Stories with
- aligned distribution and scheduled bursting;
