Store Manager - Full Time

We're looking for someone who can take the lead in boosting sales, keeping customers happy, and helping the team grow and shine. You’ll play a key role in creating a positive store vibe, building customer loyalty, and spreading our brand’s energy. The ideal person knows how to connect with people — friendly and approachable, but also confident in guiding and motivating the team when needed.

• Set sales goals and guide the team to achieve them
• Hire, train, and mentor staff while monitoring performance and progress
• Ensure the store maintains a clean, organized, and inviting atmosphere
• Oversee inventory and guarantee smooth

What We’re Looking For

• Completed high school education or relevant experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A leadership style that is friendly and supportive, but also clear and confident when needed
• A naturally friendly, approachable, and proactive attitude
• Comfortable communicating in English and Portuguese
