Job Description

We are hiring a ENCARREGADO DE INFRAESTRUTURAS - CONSTRUÇÃO - OBRAS to join our growing team at Michael Page Portugal in Lisboa. This is a great opportunity to develop excellent skills in infrastructure construction. The ideal candidate should have strong planning and teamwork skills and the right drive for the job.

Our company is Portuguese with an international presence, working on diverse projects across the country and worldwide, including railway, civil, and infrastructure works. We are currently looking to hire a
- level supervisor (Encarregado de 1ª) for upcoming projects in Lisboa, Leiria, and Coimbra regions.

Main Responsibilities

• Management of civil construction subcontracts
• Ensure work is completed according to planning and cost control
• Technical oversight of work performed
• Ensure safety conditions on site

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a supervisor in infrastructure projects
• Technical training in construction management
• Focus on quality and client satisfaction
• Geographical flexibility
• Good interpersonal skills
