Job Description

Technically lead the Salesforce development team.
Design and architect complex solutions on Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.
Manage and prioritize the technical debt backlog.
Create and maintain technical application documentation.
Manage infrastructure change requests.
Ensure the quality of deliverables and solve complex technical problems.
Collaborate with global and business teams to define technical solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar field.
Up to 10years of experience, with a specialization and
- on expertise in Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.
Experience designing complex solutions and working on strategic projects.
Knowledge of the Energy & Utilities sector and GDPR.
Critical thinking and
- solving skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work in a collaborative environment and with global teams;
Critical analysis and
- solving skills.
Knowledge of Agile methodology, Jiratool and Confluence.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
