Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in various clinical settings
• Intervene based on the best scientific evidence, ensuring quality standards are met
• Timely documentation of nursing interventions
• Promote patient autonomy, empowerment, and treatment adherence
• Communicate effectively with patients and families
• Participate and promote actions to coordinate different levels of healthcare
• Actively participate in continuous improvement processes within your professional scope
• Record incidents
• Participate in research programs and projects, national or international
• Collaborate in training and skill development of other professionals
• Assist in managing and organizing the nursing team’s work
• Resolve care and organizational issues

Requirements

• Degree in Nursing and valid professional license
• Experience or no experience in dialysis techniques
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English
• Knowledge of quality systems
• Personal skills: Initiative, Critical thinking, Decision-making, Communication, Conflict management, Teamwork
