We are looking for an Engagement Manager to strengthen our team in the Low
Code Projects: We specialise in guiding and accelerating our customers’ journey through their agile development & digital transformation to overcome the business challenges of today, improve customers experience and consequently their ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a detailed Project schedule and communication plan, ensuring identification, analysis, and response to risk factors while reporting to steering committee in a timely manner
- Able to negotiate scope changes and manage scope creep, while focusing on delivering the most value possible given the available times and resources
- Keep track of effort vs recognition, define and apply strategies to ensure margin attainment and effectively apply monitoring and control of the project execution
- Identify project stakeholders, how their stakeholder needs may impact the project, and the contributions that the stakeholders will make to the requirements elicitation process
- Promote effective work sessions with the Customer, providing opportunities and motivating the group to make progress and succeed, and effectively use techniques to illustrate the flow of a process (BPMN, UML, Flowcharts, etc. . ) and present visual guides (wireframing/blueprints), being able to proceed from the most macro perspective to the level of detail required to facilitate communication with all stakeholders
Required Technical Skills:
- Identify opportunities and develop them throughout the engagement lifecycle. Identify Sponsors and Operational Leaders of processes that can benefit from digitization and being able to plant the seed and supporting them pitching it to the Sponsor.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Management, Informatics Management, Systems Engineering, Mathematics or Applied Mathematics.
- Strong experience in project management and delivery (mandatory).
- Fluency in English, written and spoken (mandatory).
- Experience in Agile methodologies (mandatory).
- Demonstrated resilience in handling challenging situations, maintaining performance under pressure, and quickly adapting to changing project conditions (mandatory).
- Strong ability to adapt, by adjusting to the many different communication styles and personalities in the team (internal and external) (mandatory).
- Good analytical, organizational, and planning skills (mandatory).
- Excellent communication and customer orientation skills (mandatory).
- Pro-activity and team spirit (mandatory).
- Promoter of
- organisation that results in healthier shared ownership among the team.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Out
Systems project experience and certifications are a plus. - Project management certifications are a plus.
- Agile certifications (SM, PO, SMUX, etc. . ) are a plus.
- Experience in Scaled Agile frameworks are a plus
Ideal Profile:
- Being able to turn the customer vision and requirements into a workable solution by brainstorming, benchmarking, interpreting data, and making decisions based on the multiple factors and options available.
- Engage with stakeholders using empathy as a way to help to come up with new ideas for the solution, being capable of looking at a problem on a different set of angles.
- Able to identify and prioritise features for the MVP that can validate a product idea early, ensuring it will align with the Customer’s business/operational outcomes.
- Strives for maximum business value, from beginning early in the project and continuing throughout, adjusting the level of complexity of each feature to maximise the value vs effort
