ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Engagement Manager, you’ll make sure our Lisbon hub is functional, inspiring, and full of energy — balancing office operations,
- building, and onboarding with care and precision.
You’ll be the connector between people, space, and process -keeping things running behind the scenes while ensuring every Algo has what they need to do their best work.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome & onboard: Partner with the People team to deliver a

- class onboarding experience, organize and host onboarding days for new joiners – setting up equipment, coordinating access, and making every new Algo feel at home. - Plan & celebrate: Organize local events, gatherings, and celebrations that strengthen our sense of community – from team lunches and milestone moments to global townhall viewings.
- Own the space: Manage the

- day operations of our Lisbon office – from supplies, budgets, and vendor coordination to keeping equipment, meeting rooms, and communal areas clean, safe, and ready to go. - Relationship Management and Engagement: Build rapport and maintain relationships with the diverse workforce. Manage workforce performance and quarterly NPS distribution. Contribute to client annual planning sessions with feedback and insights. Support the Client Services team with the identification of client priorities and challenges.
- Health & Safety first: Conduct regular H&S and housekeeping checks, maintain compliance documentation, and work closely with the office space management team to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for everyone.
- Support travel & expenses: Assist with travel logistics, bookings, and expense coordination to keep employee journeys smooth and
- efficient. - Keep it running: Manage
- related budgets, invoices, and purchasing – ensuring transparency, sustainability, and efficiency across all daily operations. - Visitor management: Be the first friendly face for guests and partners – coordinating access, meeting spaces, and a great
- office experience. - Be the local connector: Collaborate closely with the Finance, Operations, and People teams to support expenses, payroll documentation, travel bookings, and office budget forecasting.

- Tech-comfortable and proactive about IT coordination
- Known for your organization, empathy, and “get it done” attitude
