The Role

We are seeking engaging,
- focused facilitators to deliver
- impact engagement webinar sessions for our global audience. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about helping learners succeed, energized by virtual interaction, and skilled in sparking motivation and connection in a digital environment. As a key member of our Engagement Webinar Team, you will guide learners through their first steps on the platform, support their ongoing progress, and empower them to meet their language learning goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver daily live kickoff webinars to onboard new learners and set them up for success.
• Use interactive elements (chat, polls, etc. ) to encourage participation.
• Customize delivery style based on audience profiles (corporate learners, diverse cultures, language levels).
• Collaborate with content and training teams to refine scripts, presentation materials, and activities.
• Collect and share feedback to continuously improve learner experience.
• Track attendance, engagement, and learner feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2+ years experience in any of the following: online training/webinars, adult learning, facilitation, language instruction, or client onboarding
• Outstanding verbal communication and virtual presence
• Confident using digital tools (Zoom, Teams, Google Slides, Mentimeter, etc. )
• Ability to adapt communication style for multicultural, international audiences
• High level of professionalism, punctuality, and preparation
• Comfortable managing live Q&A, chat interactions, and unexpected technical issues

Preferred

• Experience working in Ed
  Tech, corporate L&D, or language education
• Knowledge of learner motivation frameworks or behavioral science
• Multilingual or ESL teaching certification (e. g. , CELTA, TESOL) is a plus
• Familiarity with CEFR levels, language learning strategies, or LMS platforms
