About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, innovative, and resourceful Civil Engineer to join our Project in Viana do Castelo . This role is critical to ensure the successful design and delivery of infrastructure and civil works for industrial and
- critical facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate the sustainability and environmental impact of projects.
• Efficiently manage resources and ensure timely project delivery.
• Liaise with architects, structural engineers, MEP teams, contractors, consultants, statutory authorities, and clients.
• Use CAD software (Auto
  CAD, Civil 3D, Revit) to support design work.
• Control of drainage, service, road infrastructure, and earthworks on a broad range of projects related to the project.
• Overall management of the project.
• Planning and control of construction costs.
• Rebudgeting and consultation with suppliers.
• Technical control of the work carried out.
• Ensuring quality, environmental, and safety conditions on site.

Required Skills and Experience

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Focus on best technical and ethical practices.
• Focus on goals and results.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Good knowledge of IT tools: MS Project and AUTOCAD.
• Experience in industrial facilities and/or design of
  - critical facilities is a plus.
• Experience using Auto
  CAD (BIM is a plus).
• Experience liaising with Structural, Architectural, and MEP teams.
• Knowledge of relevant national guidance in Portugal; familiarity with Nordic countries’ standards is a plus.
• Proficiency in English (mandatory); other languages are an advantage.
• Ability to effectively communicate design standards to internal and external project partners.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
