Responsibilities

Contribute to the MDG Viewer / OEG Viewer Replacement project.

Design and implement Grafana dashboards according to specifications, including complex SQL queries (Click
House database with OEG/MDG messages, some with
- series and windowing).

Provide insights on inserted data to optimize performance and queries.

Ensure dashboards are automatically deployable across environments.

Work with QA team to define a common test plan , establish KPIs, and provide regular reporting.

Develop and maintain unit tests and automated test suites.

Write clear documentation for implemented code and contribute to continuous improvement.

Deliver regular progress and test reports.

(Optional) Develop Python/Java scripts to extend dashboards (e. g. , automated Grafana screenshots for reporting).

Context / Tech Environment

Model-driven development using Java, XSL, Python for database schema generation.

Deployment in Docker or RPM , configuration with Ansible or AWS Cloud
Formation.

Tools & stack: Grafana, SQL (Click
House), Java, Python, Git, Jenkins (Groovy), JIRA, AWS, Gherkin.

Requirements

Proven experience with SQL , including
- series queries and performance optimization.

Strong skills in Grafana dashboard design and delivery.

Hands-on experience with Java and/or Python (for automation, tests, or additional features).

Knowledge of CI/CD tools : Git, Jenkins (Groovy).

Experience with automated testing frameworks (unit testing, Gherkin).

Familiarity with cloud & deployment tools : Docker, RPM, Ansible, AWS.

Ability to write clear documentation and work on code improvements.

Nice to have: experience creating Python/Java scripts for automation or reporting extensions.
