Emagine is currently looking for a Backend Developer (Kotlin) to join an exciting project with one of our international clients in the privacy tech sector. This is a strategic role within a
- impact initiative focused on building scalable and
- compliant digital solutions. The selected professional will work closely with
- functional teams to develop backend services supporting applications across web, mobile, and connected devices.

Your main responsibilities:

• Help develop our Core Privacy Engine using Kotlin for Mobile technologies and contribute to the overall project architecture.
• Develop Mobile and TV interfaces for our products.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager, Designers, and other Engineers to define product vision, development path, and execution.
• Demonstrate capacity and interest to take on new challenges involving product creation with new app/game technologies (e. G. , Unity, Roku, Flutter, React Native).
• Actively participate in product planning, refinement sessions, and team retrospectives to continuously improve the product and team performance.
• Review other team members’ work to provide feedback and maintain clean code standards.

You bring:

• 5+ years of development experience with Kotlin.
• Fluent English.
• Strong interest in building products with Mobile Technologies.
• Passion for Automated Tests.
• Capacity to take ownership of product features and quality, especially when coordinating with other technical teams.
• Effective communication skills to explain technical concepts, challenges, and product behavior to
  - technical colleagues or customers.
• Ability to challenge the status quo and communicate effectively during disagreements.
• Ability to reproduce, evaluate, and troubleshoot problems across multiple mobile and TV environments.
