Responsabilities:

• Participate in and improve installation workflows, including planning, field support, and documentation.
• Follow and adapt standard procedures for commissioning and verification of energy systems.
• Conduct site surveys and support installation processes.
• Prepare and review technical documentation.
• Guide and mentor junior engineers or technicians.
• Delegate tasks, support troubleshooting, and promote good engineering practices.
• Communicate effectively with field teams, internal stakeholders, and clients.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in electrical or energy systems.
• Experience with electrical panels, hardware integration, and
  - site installations.
• Familiarity with energy management systems and Io
  T architectures (e. g. , Modbus, MQTT).
• Knowledge of site surveys, commissioning, and testing procedures.
• Ability to work with firmware or embedded systems (bonus, not mandatory).
