Savills Portugal, holding a prominent position in the national market, and currently undergoing a strong growth, with mandates for the main projects under development in Portugal, intends to reinforce its Sustainability team in the ESG & Sustainability Department with the integration of an Engineer in our Lisbon office.

Key tasks/activities:

• Building certification in sustainability.

Requirements, Skills and Experience Desired:

• Degree in Civil Engineering;
  
  
• Minimum 2 years’ experience;
  
  
• Experience in construction site supervision;
  
  
• Willingness to work in the field of Building Sustainability;
  
  
• Solid knowledgeof Microsoft Excel and Auto CAD
• Good Knowledge of English (other languages will be valued);
  
  
• Planning and organisational skills;
  
  
• Orientation towards deadlines;
  
  
• Rigour and excellence in task execution;
  
  
• High sense of responsibility;
  
  
• Team spirit andease of communication;
  
  
• Proactivity, assertiveness, dynamism and resilience;
  
  
• Driving licence.
