Location Porto (on-site) What will you do? As an Engineer Lead, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing distributed systems using Golang while leading a talented team of developers. Your responsibilities will include - Leading technical projects based on microservices and scalable architecture.

- Hands-on backend development (50%), tackling complex technical challenges.

- Mentoring the team, conducting code reviews, and ensuring best practices in Golang development.

- Optimizing databases (relational or No
SQL) for maximum performance.

- Collaborating with
- functional teams to align technical and business goals. What do we expect from you? - Solid experience (10 years) in backend development and IT systems, with expertise in - Golang At least 3-5 years of advanced,
