What do you need to be a SMART ENGINEERING LEAD?

- 10+ years of experience in software development, architecture, scalability, cloud, CI/CD and QA

- Proven experience in roles such as

Staff Engineer ,

Engineering Director ,

Engineering Manager

or

Lead Engineer

• Strong track record in technical and team leadership, with at least 5 years managing or coordinating Developers and Team Leads
• Solid experience in continuous delivery (CI/CD) and Agile methodologies
• Experience in the Banking sector (preferred)
• Excellent communication,
  - making and
  - solving skills

Technical Skills

- Strong expertise in

Java

or

C#

- Experience in CI/CD, unit testing, Dev
Ops, API design and implementation

- Familiarity with modern engineering practices, automation, observability and continuous improvement

What will you do to be SMART? (Mid-Term Responsibilities)

• Contribute to defining the overall technology strategy, collaborating with Product Owners and business stakeholders on product roadmaps
• Establish and optimize engineering processes, methodologies and standards
• Promote and evolve Dev
  Ops practices, quality, automation and performance metrics
• Ensure scalability, reliability and maintainability of platforms
• Support the development of team talent and foster excellence in engineering practices
