Role Description
This is a
- time remote role for a GTM Engineer that owns technical client solutions. You will be responsible for collaborating with
- functional teams to develop and implement client automations, creating technical solutions for their customer acquisition, and optimizing sales and marketing processes through AI-driven tools. Day-to-day tasks will include working closely with the product, marketing, and sales teams, building tehnical solutions for our clients, and ensuring successful deployment of those solutions.
Core Responsibilities
- Translate client onboarding forms + proposals into working systems (scraping, enrichment, workflows, dashboards).
- Own all delivery infrastructure (Clay, Instantly/Smartleads, n8n, Airtable/Notion, enrichment APIs, Linked
In/email automation). - Standardize playbooks: ICP research, buying signal libraries, enrichment flows, reporting cadence.
- Own the technical solution for our clients
Requirements
- Min 2 years
- on automation experience developing GTM and sales processes - Min 2 years experience using and developing scraping APIs
- Fluency and comfort with n8n, Clay, Airtable
- Experience building in the B2B sales space
- Extremely strong
- solving skills and the ability to optimize processes proactively - Detail oriented and process minded
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field
