The Role

We are looking for a #Tech
Talent to work as an Engineering and IT Support - Lab/Test Engineer for an international remote project.

What You'll Do

• Reporting bug resolution status in Git
  Hub
• Performing lab steps and documenting any technical issues and updating the lab based on UI or service changes and creating new labs or lab steps.

What We are Looking For

• Strong familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration and Copilot administration.
• Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, including both declarative and custom agents.
• Deep understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, etc. ) and Dynamics 365 applications (Sales, Customer Insights, Finance, Supply Chain Management). Ability to adapt quickly to frequent UI and feature changes and suggest fixes when needed.
• Technical knowledge of Windows and M365 services, with experience in
  - product integrations.
• Ability to troubleshoot and validate across Power Platform, Dynamics, Copilot, and M365 environments.
• Experience with Git
  Hub and VS Code for issue tracking and testing.
• Ability to identify, document, and suggest fixes for issues related to UI updates, functionality changes, and integrations.
