Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join a global team responsible for maintaining technical labs used in online courses. This role involves working closely with content development teams to ensure labs remain accurate and functional, adapting to product, service, and UI changes.

The position is fully remote with flexible hours, though occasional meetings may occur during PST (Redmond) hours.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update lab instructions stored in Git
Hub repositories.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues in lab environments.

Test lab steps and ensure proper functionality.

Document testing efforts and results in Azure Dev
Ops.

Communicate effectively with the team via Teams and email.

Mandatory Requirements

Fluent in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).

2+ years of experience managing Git
Hub repositories.

2+ years deploying and managing Azure services.

2+ years troubleshooting and researching solutions.

Technical Skills

Deploying and managing Azure services.

Git
Hub repository management.

Programming languages: Python, Power
Shell, SQL.

Azure Entra (Active Directory).

Configuring Azure Virtual Machines.

Azure CLI, Cloud Shell, Portal.

ARM templates.

Strong writing and editing skills.

Nice to Have:

Azure SQL, Azure Databricks, Microsoft Fabric.

Power BI.

Azure Networking.
