About The Role

You will join a multilingual environment (English/French/Portuguese), collaborating with global teams to enhance engineering governance, guide technical design, and adopt modern tools, frameworks, and architectures.

This role supports innovation, technology assessments, and continuous improvement of the engineering ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Support studies on programming languages and developer frameworks across the stack.
• Ensure application teams comply with CIB Technology Standards.
• Contribute to and review technical specifications and architecture designs.
• Assess and manage technical risks.
• Conduct technology research and domain studies.
• Validate and recommend technologies and software solutions.
• Participate in Po
  Cs and emerging technology evaluations.
• Promote engineering excellence and modern practices across teams.
• Contribute to the enhancement of Dev
  Sec
  Ops toolchains.
• Drive efficiency and adoption of innovative solutions.

Required Technical Skills

• Proven expertise as a Technology/Engineering Architect.
• Hands‑on experience with multiple programming languages.
• Strong knowledge of architecture patterns and modern engineering principles.
• Experience building and deploying complex production systems.
• Solid understanding of Cloud (Iaa
  S, Paa
  S, Kaa
  S) environments.
• Knowledge of Dev
  Sec
  Ops and CI/CD practices.
• Experience with various architecture styles: monolithic, N‑Tier, SOA, microservices.
• Cloud‑based & virtualized environments.
• Strong understanding of containerization and orchestration.
• Familiarity with middleware components: WAF, load balancers, VIPs, MQ, event brokers, API gateways.
• Strong knowledge of IT security principles (encryption, authentication/authorization, vulnerability management, threat analysis).
• Analytical and synthesis capabilities to evaluate architecture compliance and present findings to leadership.
• Financial services experience is a plus.
