• Strong experience as a developer or Dev
  Ops specialist (expert level).
• Passionate about developing software.
• Agile mindset, capable of motivating, coaching, and empowering development teams and managers.

Qualifications and Skills

• Expert knowledge of Javascript and JS frameworks, including React or Angular, or Go Lang.
• Strong understanding of Dev
  Ops best practices.
• Experience managing multiple development teams.
• Deep knowledge of microservice architectures.
• Experience developing complex software solutions.
• Exposure to international projects, managing dependencies, and orchestrating releases.
• Knowledge of Dev
  Ops technologies and practices.
• Excellent communication skills.
