Now Hiring: Engineering Lead to join our awesome team, take ownership of our marketplace platform, and lead a team of developers to deliver innovative solutions.

Location: hybrid work in Warsaw, Lisbon, or Kyiv, with possible business trips.

? ? What you'll do:

Lead the development, maintenance, and growth of the marketplace, including supply chain and product offerings, while fostering collaboration with marketplace developers;

Conduct technical interviews with developers;

Perform code reviews and quality assessments;

Collaborate with other teams to resolve various product issues;

Provide feedback to the team to aid in development and product enhancement;

Improve planning and prioritization within sprint cycles;

Accelerate release cycles.

? ? About you:

7+ years of relevant technical experience;

2+ years of experience managing teams of 5-10+ developers;

Proficiency in PHP, Laravel, My
SQL, and React;

Knowledge of PHP Symfony, Angular, Vue. js, and Postgre
SQL, along with experience in Python, Ruby on Rails, or other technologies, is a plus;

Deep understanding of AI tools for coding;

Proven experience working in a
- up environment;

Strong background in stakeholder management;

Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

Ability to provide constructive feedback and give pushbacks;

Adaptability to thrive in a
- growing company;

Product mindset with a solid understanding of business needs and user experience;

Advanced proficiency in English.

Nice to have skills:

Experience managing personal or side projects;

Active participation in industry digests and other technical activities;

Involvement in
- ups, conferences, and similar events.
