We merge human, structured, and technological intelligence to create Paradox OS , a seamless ecosystem that transforms learning with neuroscience, behavioral science, and AI personalization.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the product strategy and translate the founder’s vision into a clear, actionable roadmap.
• Own end‑to‑end product cycles, from user research and hypothesis definition to rapid MVP iteration and measurable impact.
• Integrate psychology‑based protocols, accountability pods, adaptive AI coaching loops, and hyper‑personalized experiences into the product.
• Define and track success metrics (activation, retention, transformation rates) and connect them to business KPIs.
• Prototype AI‑powered experiences, validate them with science‑backed experiments, and scale those that deliver measurable outcomes.
• Oversee budgeting, reporting, and resource allocation while ensuring cost efficiencies and margin growth.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with design, engineering, coaching, and content teams to deliver a cohesive, cinematic product experience.

Ideal Candidate

• 3–6 years as a Product Manager / Owner in Ed
  Tech, Saa
  S, or Consumer Tech.
• Track record of shipping at least one major feature or product end‑to‑end with measurable results.
• Experience in AI‑driven products, learning design, or personal‑development platforms is a bonus.
• Proficient in Figma and able to prototype directly in the product.
• Craft‑obsessed, outcome‑focused, and willing to work beyond traditional hours to build brilliance.
• User and impact obsessed, with analytical and systems thinking skills.
• Strong digital and AI savvy, or a proven ability to learn quickly and apply AI concepts.
• Cross‑disciplinary curiosity, speaking both tech and human languages.

Language Requirements

• French : native speaker.
