Role and responsibilities

• Build, support, and develop a
  - performing
  - stack engineering team through hiring, coaching, and mentorship
• Drive delivery of tools, workflows, and platform improvements that elevate the developer experience across the Engineering organization
• Partner with Platform Engineering peers and product teams to define and execute the Developer Platform roadmap
• Lead technical
  - making around tooling, CI/CD, build systems, and development environments to ensure scalability, reliability, and ease of use
• Lead
  -
  - end initiatives from identifying developer pain points to building solutions and driving adoption
• Continuously measure and improve the effectiveness of development workflows, feedback loops, and build times
• Foster a culture of ownership, urgency, and accountability within the team
• Contribute to the evolution of engineering culture, technical standards, and organizational processes
• Encourage thoughtful use of AI tooling to boost productivity and quality

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing and growing engineering teams in an agile environment
• 5+ years of
  - on software engineering experience with backend (Node. js) and frontend (React) skills, including platform, infrastructure, or developer productivity domains
• Proven ability to deliver tooling and platforms that improve the developer experience across multiple teams
• Strong sense of urgency and ownership with the ability to move fast and drive momentum
• Pragmatic,
  - oriented mindset with the ability to balance
  - offs
• Solid knowledge of cloud infrastructure, CI/CD systems, container orchestration, and
  -
  - code practices (e. g. , Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, AWS or equivalents)
• Understanding of scalable system design, code quality, and software lifecycle best practices
• Enthusiasm for AI-assisted development and thoughtful integration into engineering workflows
• Strong people and communication skills to collaborate with peers and stakeholders
