• Technical Excellence & Delivery – Lead development of robust, scalable data platforms using Azure, Databricks, and modern AI technologies; uphold high standards in code quality and architecture; drive continuous innovation and adoption of best practices.
• Sales & Pre-Sales Support – Collaborate with account teams to understand client needs and provide technical expertise in proposals; act as a technical trusted advisor to manage key client relationships and ensure project success.
• Strategic Leadership – Align team objectives with company strategy; collaborate across teams for operational excellence and technical alignment; represent the company in the Data & AI ecosystem through thought leadership.

Your Profile – Required Skills

• Experience & Leadership – Several years in Data Engineering, AI, or Analytics with proven team leadership.
• Technical Expertise – Deep knowledge of Azure, Databricks, AI, and modern data architectures.
• Business Understanding – Ability to solve business problems with appropriate technical solutions.
• Communication & Collaboration – Strong stakeholder engagement, mentoring, and ability to present complex topics clearly.
• Languages – Fluent
  - proficient German and English.
