Hybrid model : 2-3 days/week in the Porto office

What You'll Bring:

• Hands-on experience with C# or React
• Proven team leadership or management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)
• Comfortable working in Agile teams
• Strong English communication skills
