Engineering Manager – Solar & EV Charging Projects – Lisbon

The Company is a

- innovative energy solutions provider, backed by a company with over 40 years of engineering expertise in

- energy systems. They specialize in developing and delivering EPC services in electric mobility, solar PV, battery energy storage, green hydrogen, and biogas. The company is particularly active in retrofitting petrol stations for EV infrastructure and constructing solar projects ranging from 1MW to 50MW.

The Role: This is an

- engineering management position, responsible for leading technical delivery, process optimization, and team coordination across solar PV and EV charging infrastructure projects. The role combines project oversight, technical leadership, and team management, with a focus on innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate EPC projects in solar PV (1–50MW) and EV charging infrastructure.
• Oversee the retrofitting of petrol stations with EV charging capabilities.
• Manage engineering teams to ensure timely and
  - quality project delivery.
• Optimize installation and maintenance processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and technical standards.
• Promote innovation and technical excellence within internal operations.

Ideal Profile:

• 5+ years of experience in engineering, preferably with solar PV and/or EV charging projects.
• Experience leading functional or multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency with Auto
  CAD, PVSol, and/or PVSyst.
• Strong project management skills and ability to collaborate with operations, R&D, and finance teams.
• Fluent in Portuguese.
