Coach and mentor engineers through 1:1s and unblock challenges
Partner with Product and Design to shape roadmap and solve user problems
Lead technical discussions and architectural decisions
Align with other EMs and stakeholders across squads
Contribute to
- level planning and strategy
The ideal candidate
Has proven EM experience in a
- led, agile environment
Brings deep technical expertise in Android or i
OS (ideally Android)Is a strategic partner to Product, not just an execution lead
Thrives in
- paced, ambiguous environments
Can influence across teams and drive alignment
Bonus if you have
Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform
Worked in larger engineering teams (20+ devs)Background in health, nutrition, or similar domains
Experience across both mobile platforms
