Key Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor engineers through 1:1s and unblock challenges
• Partner with Product and Design to shape roadmap and solve user problems
• Lead technical discussions and architectural decisions
• Align with other EMs and stakeholders across squads
• Contribute to
  - level planning and strategy

The ideal candidate

• Has proven EM experience in a
  - led, agile environment
• Brings deep technical expertise in Android or i
  OS (ideally Android)
• Is a strategic partner to Product, not just an execution lead
• Thrives in
  - paced, ambiguous environments
• Can influence across teams and drive alignment

Bonus if you have

• Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform
• Worked in larger engineering teams (20+ devs)
• Background in health, nutrition, or similar domains
• Experience across both mobile platforms
