As an Engineering Manager, you’ll play a key role in our innovative team dedicated to creating exceptional experiences for our global customers.

What you’ll do

• Mentor and develop engineers through regular feedback and growth plans.
• Lead
  - team collaboration, translating requirements into clear deliverables.
• Drive code quality and best practices via reviews, tech talks, and AI tooling.
• Deliver robust, scalable solutions aligned with business needs and architecture.
• Own team estimation, risk management, and delivery forecasting.
• Prioritize and manage the team roadmap, communicating progress and
  - offs.
• Champion new tools and processes that improve productivity or quality.
• Foster an inclusive,
  - performing team culture.

What you’ll bring

• A history of effective
  - functional collaboration, with specific examples of working with product, design, or QA to deliver complex features.
• Experience managing delivery against deadlines and constraints, including setting stakeholder expectations, proactively identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.
