Joining our team as an Engineering Manager places you at the forefront of advancing our technical excellence and innovation. You will be part of a knowledgeable team of leaders representing various technical areas. Your closest collaborator will be the product manager supervising the same teams, and you will report to one of our Senior Engineering Managers.

Your responsibilities include:

• Ensuring delivery and outcomes across multiple engineering teams.
• Fostering an environment where engineers perform at their best and grow both as individuals and as a team.
• Clarifying expectations and growth opportunities for team members.
• Optimizing processes to support
  - quality software development.

• Work with the Product Manager to set vision and direction.
• Manage Engineers and Tech Leads, overseeing team performance.
• Promote a

• Improve environment and processes for product development.
• Align technology strategies within your area and with
  - wide goals.
• Represent engineering in initiatives and projects.
• Design organizational structure and set high standards in people, delivery, and technology.

Salary ranges vary by location:

• United Kingdom: €111, 600 - €118, 500
• Spain/Portugal: €101, 740 - €107, 400
