Tech Lead / Engineering Manager

In this role, you'll play a crucial role in leading the design, development, and delivery of critical internal platforms and integrations that power operations, deployments, and support services. This role is perfect for a tech‑savvy leader who enjoys shipping
- impact tools while scaling engineering teams and practices.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the technical vision, execution, and delivery of key systems within the Ops
  Tech space, including internal tools, service integrations, and process automation.
• Manage a cross‑functional engineering team, offering mentorship, architectural guidance, and technical oversight.
• Design and review scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions that support field service, logistics, support, and customer operations.
• Work closely with Product Managers and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable engineering plans.
• Define and promote software engineering best practices (TDD, SOLID, clean architecture, CI/CD, etc).
• Be hands‑on when necessary: reviewing PRs, troubleshooting issues, guiding major refactors, and supporting team members through technical challenges.
• Help the team grow through structured feedback, personal development plans, and technical coaching.
• Actively participate in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new engineers.
• Drive continuous improvement of our delivery pipelines, monitoring, and platform reliability.

What You'll Bring To The Table

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Engineering Manager in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong engineering background, ideally with full‑stack or backend‑heavy expertise.
• Experience working on internal tooling, B2B workflows, or system integrations.
• Deep understanding of modern engineering practices and technical excellence.
• Great communication skills in English (spoken and written), with the ability to align technical decisions with business outcomes.
• Experience working with stakeholders in operations, logistics, or customer support is a plus.
• Track record of mentoring engineers and building strong, collaborative teams.

It Would Be Great If You Would Also Have

• Experience with tools like Odoo, Airtable, Freshservice, or custom enterprise platforms.
• Background in infrastructure automation, service orchestration, or data sync across systems.
• Experience in scale‑ups with rapid team and process growth.
• Familiarity with smart locker ecosystems or Io
  T systems.
