We are seeking an Engineering Product Manager to drive the evolution and adoption of our Engineering Platform across Springer Nature. This role will focus on enabling teams to build and scale applications efficiently, reducing operational complexity, and aligning platform strategy with business needs.

You will collaborate with platform engineering teams on the roadmap, prioritizing Platform as a Service (Paa
S), developer tools, and platform usability, performance, and security. A strong understanding of developer workflows, CI/CD, runtime scaling, and platform engineering is essential. The role involves working with diverse teams to foster innovation and improve engineering practices.

• Product Strategy & Vision: Define and execute the Platform-First strategy, align with cloud goals, drive

• User Experience & Developer Enablement: Enhance developer experience through
  - service tools, promote secure and scalable cloud services, and embed governance.
• Execution & Delivery: Prioritize features using data, collaborate on cloud service governance, and establish utilization guidelines.
