Engineering Project Manager – Lisbon

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Project Manager to join our development team. In this highly collaborative role you will work closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure projects run smoothly, on time, and with high quality. This is an on‑site position in Lisbon; remote or hybrid work is not available. Candidates must already be in Lisbon or be willing to relocate.

Your Mission

Oversee the full lifecycle of technology projects, from planning to execution, while ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering effective communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and forecast project execution
• Track time and effort, prepare regular status reports, and communicate progress clearly
• Coordinate development teams, ensuring alignment with Agile methodologies
• Identify and manage project risks, proactively resolving issues

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality solutions

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in IT project management
• Excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies, with hands‑on experience in Scrum and Kanban
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Proven experience managing and coordinating technical teams
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
• Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
• Upper‑intermediate spoken and written English

Nice to Have

• PMP, PSM, or equivalent certifications
