Job Requirements

Requirements are often considered a measure of how equipped you are to do the job, but sometimes, they aren’t the only factor. If you don’t have nearly enough experience, or not all the skills, we’d still like to hear from you. This could be the perfect fit for you and us.

• 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a strong backend background
• 2 different roles and an overall of 5+ years of experience as a team leader, preferably in dynamic,
  - paced companies
• Excellent knowledge of software design and scalable web architecture
• Experience developing Saa
  S products hosted in a cloud platform like AWS or equivalent
• People person with strong leadership skills who can build a winning team
• Independent, resourceful, and proactive team player with a desire to impact our team, our product, and our customers
• Great communication skills in English

The following are a big plus

• Experience in building Partners API
• Experience developing data processing applications, knowledge in ETLs, different data bases
• Experience developing a product from scratch
• Experience with C# / Kotlin
• Experience developing a FP&A/ payments /HR related product
• Having both backend and frontend development experience
• Strong understanding of data modelling, database design, and query optimisation

- friendly interfaces and backend systems that support complex financial logic, scenario modelling, and automation. You’ll work closely with Product and Design to ensure a seamless user experience and collaborate with data engineering teams to integrate
- quality financial data into the platform. Your work will be central to Hi
Bob’s mission of redefining how companies approach financial planning and strategy.
